• "Services" refers to all Thai massage treatments and related services provided by Jade Reverie

3. Service Description

Jade Reverie provides traditional Thai massage services at our location in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Extended Relaxation Half-Day Retreat
• Morning Energizing Sequence
• Facial Acupressure and Head Treatment

Services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 Appointment Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our contact form. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

4.2 Confirmation

We will confirm your appointment via phone or email. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information when booking.

4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or inability to book future appointments.

4.4 Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may result in a shortened session, as we cannot extend treatments beyond the scheduled time to accommodate subsequent clients.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices are listed in Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are subject to change without notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that appointment.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please speak with us immediately so we can address your concerns. Refund requests made after leaving our premises are reviewed but not automatically granted.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1 Health Disclosure

You must inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or physical limitations that may affect your treatment. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in termination of service without refund.

6.2 Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully toward our staff and other clients. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disruptive conduct will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

6.3 Personal Belongings

You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6.4 Communication

During your session, please communicate openly about your comfort level, pressure preferences, and any concerns. We cannot adjust the treatment to your needs if you do not provide feedback.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Medical Disclaimer

Our services are for relaxation and wellness purposes. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical concern, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before booking a treatment.

7.2 Contraindications

Thai massage may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions, including but not limited to: recent surgery, acute injuries, pregnancy complications, severe osteoporosis, or uncontrolled hypertension. We may refuse service if we believe it could be harmful to your health.

7.3 Hygiene

We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet basic hygiene standards or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jade Reverie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction that results from your failure to disclose relevant health information or follow our practitioners' instructions.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information in accordance with Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act and our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Jade Reverie or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

The Jade Reverie name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other clients, our staff, or our business.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time.
